This is a static marketing site. The contact form does not post data to our servers; it opens your email client via mailto. We may receive whatever you choose to send by email.
Like most sites, hosting and analytics providers (if enabled later) may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We will update this page if analytics or other processors are added.
Cookies
The current static build does not set advertising cookies. Essential hosting cookies may be set by the platform that serves the site. We will disclose non-essential cookies here if introduced.
How we use information
Email you send us is used to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and discuss pricing or partnerships with hospital systems. We do not sell marketing-site contact information.
Healthcare & product data
Medmatics product environments are built with healthcare privacy in mind. Clinical or hospital-system data handled in the product is governed by separate agreements (for example customer contracts and, where applicable, business associate arrangements). Do not send PHI to the marketing inbox.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as needed for sales and support follow-up, then deleted or archived according to internal retention practices.
Your choices
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you sent us via the marketing channel, email contact@medmatics.com. We may need to verify your request.
